TnT We’re Hiring – Executive Virtual Real Estate Assistant
Florida U.S.A. based Real Estate Investment firm
Seeking to hire a Executive Virtual Real Estate Assistant who will work directly with the business owner to help with various tasks.
The ideal candidate for the job must be able to do the following;
Start work ASAP (sooner the better)
- Speak and write proper English and be very easy to understand (as you will be interacting with USA residents)
- Comfortable working 44 hours per week. Monday through Saturday (Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm Eastern Standard Time)
- A hard worker who almost never misses work
- Able to pick up new tasks easily
- Answer incoming calls and make some outgoing calls
- Do simple research and data entry
- Study real estate training we provide to be knowledgeable when speaking to clients
In terms of things needed to perform the job the ideal candidate must:
- Install TimeDoctor so we can track your work
- Have a reliable, fast internet connection and backup power
- Have a computer and a quiet home office
- Be able to watch tutorial videos and follow simple step by step instructions
If you possess any technical knowledge and skills (such as html, wordpress, design etc) that is a plus but definitely not necessary.
